Swipe Telecom — mobile phone not received after service

I have given my mobile for repairing its display problem to swipe service center in jaya nagar, bangalore on 2nd of december 2017. At that time the person told me that they have to send it to pune and it will take 20 days for the repair.
Now it has been 40 days and there is no reply from them. Swipe customer care is always not busy and there is no way to connect them. A mobile phone can be used for maximum of 2 years and if the company itself is holding it for 1.5 to 2 months what is the meaning a purchase a phone. I need my mobile back as quickly as possible.
