For kind attention of mr saurab — plese respond
Dear sir,
I had submitted my swipe phone for repair on 13/01/2018.
I have been phoning the service center regularly and i have been told, that my handset has been send to head office for repair and the latest status is that it has been assigned to a engineer for repair.
It is already more than 2 months — now, i am facing v v difficult situation without my phone.
Please look into the matter and expedite the repair..
Please as a courtesy, please at least reply to the mail!!!
Also please inform me the present status of repair of my smart phone.
