We have ordered an swipe mobile phone from naaptol on 18th may 2016 and we received after a few days. Description of goods:swipe 3g mobile with gorilla glass. Receipt no: [protected]. Order number :22898966. We have paid an amount of rs.2999. They have also provided 1year warranty. There are problems with the handset regarding screen. Naaptol has sold the product for us with the assurance of gorilla glass protection which means that the screen will not be damaged in any case. But the screen has many issues till the date. When we contact the customer care, they do not solve the problem and they give contact number of their showrooms and tell us to repair at our own cost. And we have also met the swipe service centre and repaired. They have charged us rs.900. After few days the display of the mobile has come to the original position. With the above reasons we request you to kindly take up the complaint and to instruct swipe company to replace the mobile or refund the amount of rs.2999+900 which was paid to the swipe company.
