Swipe Telecom — mobile touch is not repairing in agra

I have purchase a mobile of swipwhen i was purchasing this mobile i got knowledge of company and service centre in agra
After receiving my phone by courier from ebey.in few days later my phone touch was broken and since last 1 month i m unable to use this phone
And also there is no service centre in agra
As mentioned in system
Those address is already closed and here is no service center so please help what should i do
