I bought Swipe Elite Plus mobile in the last week of Dec'16, while using I found there will be a network problem in the handset, hence I submit the same in the service center on 30th Jan'17.
At last, after the long period (60+ days) 01st Apr'17 I’ve received my handset from the Service Centre, while checking the same, I found there is no any changes in my mobile, still the problem not yet rectified. Immediately I’ve handed over the same to the Service center there itself.
The service center people told me that, this will take another 40+ days...
(Work Order number TN-MAD-MG-715).
Already they damaged my mobile. So I don’t want it to return back.
Hence need your speedy action on this and, “I don’t want the damaged one, I need fresh mobile else they have to return my money”.
