Swipe Telecom — My swipe elite plus mobile charge draining

I purchase Swipe Elite Plus (Midnight Blue, 16 GB) on 30.08.2016. The mobile was worst one. Camera specification is 13MP Primary Camera | 8MP Front.But the camera is very poor quality .In this phone during calling the incoming voice is hear like from loud speaker.Mobile and charger heat build up during charging.
Now the charge draining problem .In stand by condition only getting 4 hour back up after full charge.I feel cheated now The mobile is under warranty period

Bought Swipe Elite Plus in September 2016, phone dead within one month, company did not respond to numerous telephonic and email complaints, sent written notice to their Pune address, no response, now registered case in district consumer forum Pune and FIR at Bund Garden Police station, Pune
