Swipe Telecom — Phone not working, many problem

Sir,
I had purchased mobile handset mobile swipe elite since 4g on 04 August, 2016 for rs. 6999/- through flip card id ID OD[protected] and since then, the mobile handset is working and is almost dead. I want to replace the said mobile handset or to refund the price of mobile handset. Phone very heat trouble and hanging trouble, net work problem, I go Madurai Service center but Service engineer told Rs.2500/- to rectify the problem, I am very much surprised, because My smart phone under warranty period now. Please rectify problem without any charge. I attached my bill
