Swipe Telecom — poor customer service | |
Hi, I purchased swipe elite plus mobile from flipkart on 3rd of october 2016. The first problem that i faced with the handest was of motherboard. I gave the handset to mobile clinic in kanpur which is the authorised service centre of swipe. They took more than 45 days to return the handset then after 1 week o[censored]sage the touch of the phone stopped working for which again have to give the handset to the same service centre in kanpur (Mobile clinic). Again they took more than 45 days to return the handset after many arguements. Now today i got the handset from them, but when i came back home after recieving the mobile. I was shocked to see that the phone was not even booting. I plugged in the charger for more than 2 hours but that was of no use. Then i had a close look at the handset an i found that it was not even my own handset. They just fooled me and gave me another used piece of same model and colour. Now, i am completely fed up with this kind of service and going to file a complaint in the consumer forum after lodging the fir in my nearest police station. Was this information helpful? | |
