Swipe Telecom — Poor services provided by swipe. | |||||
I purchased a swipe elite from flipkart on 18th march 2016.The handset was running nicely but after few months it started giving problem of poor battery backup and front camera was showing inverted image and rear wasn't operational.So I gave it to an authorized service centre of swipe on 6th july 2016 . Its 29th august 2016 today and I haven't recieved it yet . Job sheet no. is UP-FRBD-SKLT-115. It is mentioned on jobsheet that within 45 days we have to claim for handset but I haven't got . Whenever I cal to swipe care they are just cutting corners and are increasing dates. I would like experts of swipe to kindly see to my problem and should resolve it as soon as possible. Thanks.
