Swipe Telecom — product not received from swipe telecom. it was not support customer service officer and replacement is not happened.

We are calling your customer service department from long time about replacement of "swipe tablet of rupees - 4396rs.
There is no response from you customer care executive.
Do i need to go to consumer forum team of india or you can handle this issue on your level. Please do not make fool to village person, they are calling you again and again for the same.
If we will not received solution from this complaint then i will go to consumer court.
