We are purchase one mobile swipe elite 2 through flipkart (north star trading) tax invoice-f0cl9del[protected]imei-[protected]) dated. 22.02.16. This mobile same problem face in may`2016, so we complained at your service centre (swp222) complain no. wb-hgl-sgi-98 dt.28.05.16 and your service reported by battery dead and they inform me our battery replace immediately. This complained period above 57days but not replace our battery in your company, we are already call to your customer care service 5 to 6 times and your person assured to me our battery received through courier earlier.
