I have purchase a handset swipe k9nnect 5.1 eco. But within 3 week touch pad of mobile stop working so i have requested flipkart to replace the handset but the replacement policy was applicable for only 10 day. So i have submitted handset to authorized service centre i. E. Samiksha sales and services swp08. Almost after 6 week i got call that it handset is repaied. But when i check handset i found still problem was not resolve. I have submitted handset on[protected] till date handset not repaired.
