I recently purchase swipe konnect star mobile from online flipkart hoping that mobile is good with features as it was 4g volte latest. But was extremely dissapointed with the handset as battery was getting drained all the time when i was giving call or receiving the calls this was happened right from the begining i. E. From day 1, so i lodged complain to swipe mobile customer care they directed to handover handset to service centre here in panjim, goa so i handover the handset to service centre there. After 5 days service centre person call me and tells me battery is the issue for your new handset and he told it should be replaced so i said ok do it. After 2 days he said battery was ordered from service centre in pune. So again i called swipe customer care and explained them the issue and they appologize for inconvenience and assured to send me battery on or before 25th may 2017 this they had assured me 4th time. Now again i called up the service centre today i. E 29th may 2017 they said due to technical reason they had not been able to send the courier. Now this had really made us angry. So we decided to launch complain against the company as if they cannot assure and sell quality handsets dont atleast fool the customer very dissapointed request to take some action against such frauds.
