We bought this mobile-SWIPE Elite 3 from flipkart on 25thAugust 2017 .
Initially the phone used to buldge when we would charge.We tried calling
swipe with this complain .It is so difficult to contact swipe customer care. No one lifts calls in customer care and after calling repeatedly, regularly or waiting for 40 mins some one answers.We received suggestions like-"It happens for first few days and then settles down" or "it happens when mobile is in humid place" or "you are over charging it " etc .As days passed by the phone would get heated up while charging and we would get scared to use it or charge it.Later the phone would never get chrged to 100% and the charge would drop to 10% with in 1 hour.
After many such disturbing incidents we tried contacting customer care for battery replacement with in warranty period. We got local service center number and contcted them.On 22nd feb 2018 We gave the mobile to Mangalore service center for battery replacement.Even today we are still waiting for battery to be replaced...
Every time we call random, careless response continues.The battery was suppose to be replaced within 1 month but they have been postponing and evading .First they told by 1 april you will receive your battery then they told battery was out of stock so you will receive on 6 th May.Now No one is lifting call at all.
I request Indian Consumer Complaints forum to help us to get proper service, response and battery replacement from Swipe company
