Dear sir,
I have purchased one tablet pc during november 2014 model swipe mtv
Lash from univercel mobiles of karur, tamilnadu (Which was imported
In april 2014). My daughter played games one time and we have
Witched off the mobile tablet and after 2-3 days we have switched on
The tablet to receive the incoming calls. One day the tablet was
Witched on the internet automatically and the entire prepaid balance
Of around rs.300/- has come down to zero during night time when we
Were sleeping. Then again i have switched off the tablet and for
Ometime i have not used and i have recharged the mobile balance after
Ometime and again the tablet switched on and the entire balance of
Rs.150/- has come to zero and the tablet automatically switched off
Because i have not charged the battery. After 2-3 days i have switched
On and recharged the battery and the tablet automatically switched off
And i could not switch on because there was a message "unfortunately
Update has stopped", then i have contacted your authorized service
Center at madurai tamilnadu m/s. Mobile gallery and given the tablet
For service and they have installed the software charging me rs.450/-
In march 2016. It worked for one week and it automatically switched
Off and i could not switch on the tablet because of the reason
"unfortunately update has stopped", on[protected] i have contacted the
Ame service center and they have charged rs.450/- and updated the
Oftware. After 10 days the same thing happened and there was a
Message "unfortunately update has stopped", now please let me know
What i have to do and again & again i am not afford to spent rs.450/-
I could not use the tablet smoothly from the day of purchase till now
And i have been spending, please let me know the reason and help me to
Come out from this situation. Please oblige
