I bought from Flipkart in August.Suddenly few days back it started giving message on main screen as " ilegal device.Send to Customer service " I searched for customer serivce center on website for Mumbai location and went to nearest one as per adress provided in site. But, there was no such shop/service center available. Also the customer care no given is not working. THis was bought fro my daughter's online classes but it seems no use .Why FLipkart and AMazone still selling this kind of ilegal devices and defrauding the gulible customers? What action can I take against the Seller or the company? How should I get my refund for the faulty product given by seller who does not take any responsibility for it? I got the same issue. Now there is a new software update available. You need to connect the device to wifi the update the software. While installing it asks for password just type 1234. And then reset the phone to factory settings. After update install it's working fine.
