My battery is swolen. I cant switch on my phone for even seconds, it having warrenty i think. I want a replacement.

My name is Sandeep mishra .I bought swipe elite plus phone in september 2016. In april 2017, the phone is not working. I contact the service that is situtated in jammu near bus stand and handover phone to him for service. Nearly four manth had gone and I am not found my phone. When I try to contact the service provider he does not attend the call.
