Swipe Telecom — virus problems

I have swipe elite pro, there are many unauthorized apps that cannot be unistall permanently and its became pops and adds. Kindly solve my problem I tried all ways to solve it but I can't
Truckload management, magic, setting, system and some other viruses in my swipe elite pro. I unistall it but after few minutes it install automatically and it's gives adds more and more by which mobile not responding and most of the time hangs the mobile. I have tried all ways means I format it and update its os but its never goes out.
