I am Ranik Sarkar From kolkata. I am purchase a swipe mobile (Elite 2 Plus)on 26.12.2016 through Flipkart. Now my mobile is not start.Then i send my mobile SWIPE authorized service center on approx 18.06.2017 which name is MOBICARE (1-A, Nandan Bagan Street, Near Jain Temple Gouribari, Kolkata) contact no[protected]/[protected]. they told me that mobile battery is dead which is under warranty. They told me battery is not available from SWIPE company at this time and they give me my job card no-WB-KOL-MC-3011. From last one month my mobile is dead due to battery.
Now my problem is that my old age mom live at home alone. if she feel any type of problem she could not able to contact with me because this time i am in office. If swipe company sold their product in market then they should be supply spare parts of their product.This battery is unavailable in whole market.
I want to know why should i suffer due to unavailable spare parts.
What is my fault??? My fault is one. That is i am purchasing a third class company product.
Now my request please look at this matter as soon as possible.Because i really need this battery urgently.
