Dear Manager / Reviewer / Supervisor, Today I visited AXIS Bank Narendrapur, Kolkata - 103 for taking Account Statement Printout from Bank Printer and the Account Officer asked me charges of Rs 100. It is for your kind information that previously AXIS Bank did not asked me for Printout charges for 1-2 cases earlier in[protected]. Please let me know if this is a Banking Law newly defined or a incorrect behavior by the Bank. I am a customer of the Bank from 2005 from my Salary Account in Wipro Kolkata (Calcutta).
