Syberplace.com — Didn't get refund

I have cancelled order as the delivery is delaying and they said that the amount will be refunded within 8-10 days. I cancelled order on 26-Feb-2016. But till now i didn't get my refund. Seems this is a fraud company. As we are paying money in advance and they are not delivering products on time, we are cancelling the product. By the time they are making business with our money.
They are not answering any call.

Please help me and others facing same issue.
