Dear all, myself also a victim of the fraud company.
I have ordered a Micromax smartphone by seeing the smart price on 17.02.16 but item yet to be dispatched.
they have initially responded to my mail by apologizing their technical team missed the order then the product is in high demand
hence manufacturer rationing the product. now they have stop responding the mail & no signs of dispatching the material.i have registered a complaint with the national consumer help line & they advised to wait for another 5-10 days if not dispatched legal action will be initiated against the company.
