I had purchased one apple 5s 16 gb and done the payment from syberplace E solutions on 22 Feb 2016 I checked with coustomer care about delivery and all. They promised you will receive the order within 7 day. I am still waiting for my delivery. When ever I am calling customer care no. 04065521856. They r not pickup my phone And then pickup my phone given some excuse from 5 day. I have already send mail but no response. Really I am in panic situation. Please help me sir

Updated by rajee singh As per Complaint No.1243149 dt.11.03.2016 we got call from Mr. Anuj via Mob.+91 [protected] he offer me the product will get more 2 weeks if you interested then wait or cancel your order and take refund your amount then I told him to refund my money also I provide my bank details to him then he assured me that money will be get your account till evening of 11.02.2016 but fact is that I still not get any refund from it and now I am trying to call them on their no. +91 [protected], +91 [protected], +91 [protected] but they don't pickup my call so I am worry about my money.

as per suffering by me from Syber place e solution pvt ltd its a fraud company and I request to you please take serious action immediately against the company so that no other person face the situation like this
