[Resolved] Syberplace E Solutions — No delivery no refund

I ordered a mobile on 14/02/2016 for Rs 8909/- from Syberplace.
I realized their fraudness and I cancelled the order on 15/02. They said they need 7 days for the refund. When I said i am approaching court for filing the complaint, they said they will do the refund immediately. till now I dint get refund. Please help me. Dont let these guys enjoy like this. The management from Syberplace are;
