I have paid online money on web - www.syberplace.com vide Order No.[protected] dt.16.02.2016 to Syber place E Solution P Ltd, Hyderabad - 500081.
many time i call them to track my order but nobody pickup my phone then I put my complaint on www.consumercomplaints.in then they contact me and offer me they need more 2weeks to dispatch or take your money back so I told him to refund my money then he told me you have to go to ATM and create refund claim request by going to Transfer money option he also provide me his bank a/c no.[protected] fortunately there was no balance in my A/c and transaction get cancelled then I realized that I foolishly going to pay again such amount after that I go with my friend to ATM to create refund request then they told us you have to required minimum rs.10000/- balance in your a/c to complete refund process but i told them my a/c is zero balance a/c then why they required 10k balance in a/c don't know, and now 1st complaint is showing automatically resolved but how I don't know so I resubmit my complaint because they told me above refund procedure which is fake also confirm with Axis bank executive, I hope now consumer forum will help me to get my money back...
