I have raised a complaint previously. I donno how the status of it got changed to "resolved". Resolved means i should get my amount right? I didn't get my amount yet. Order amount was 13999/-. And i got a cheque from syberplace of amount 14840/-. But the worst part is the date mentioned in the cheque is "10/09/2016". When i submit the cheque in bank, they have told that i should wait till the specified date in the cheque. I need a cheque of this month. I have placed order in feb 2016, and its almost 4 months from date of purchase, and still you people want me to wait till 3 more months??? Cancel that previous cheque and dispatch a new cheque dated this month. Once i receive amount in my account then the complaint is treated as resolved.
