Syberplace E Solutions — Refund of order | |||||
This is wrt order #[protected] placed at www.syberplace.com on 9th of feb, 2016. The order was cancelled on 10th of february and was told the refund will be credited to my bank in 7 days time. However, I have not received the refund even after 12 days and they keep disconnecting the phone or keeping it engaged whenever I make a call. 1st they promised with 7 working days it will be shipped/delivered
then they informed me that the shipment got delayed by one week..
now one monthis going to be over..still tracking website says its in their warehouse only from the day 1 i ordered..
