Symbiosis University — Not allowing me to complete my PG course

Hi, I took admission in PG course in which 2nd year books were not recd to me. I enquired a lot they said i have to pay again for books. But the same was already included in fees. After that due to Medical issue i could not complete the course. So now when I am trying they are just saying me no. I said then refund my money that also they are not agreeing.
