Syscom Corporation — about atm card

I had applied for atm card on sept.2018. It reached well in time but i was not at home so the atm card return back to mumbai after enquiry on sbi costomcare they told that the card will be send to your sbi home branch but till date it is not reached. Secondly i applied for second atm card on 1st nov.2018 till now i had not received any message or email regarding conformation.
