Syscom Corporation — sbi atm card not received please resend my atm /debit card

The atm card was issued by sbi, and after some days i got a message (Sbi debit card ending with 3069 dispatched on 19.11.2018 thru speed post no. Eb[protected] that your card was sent by speedpost.
On 06.12.2018 when we have checked the status of speed post.
It is showing that, card was returned to syscom corporation.

Syscom corporation ltd nsh mumbai.

Please provide resolution for this. Please resend the atm card to this address:-
