Syscom Corporation — undelivered atm card

My SBI ATM card has not been not been delivered to the address and its now showing as sent to Syscom Corporation Mumbai. Please send it to the nearest branch - SBI, Manyata Embassy Business Park, Nagawara, Bangalore - 560045, addressed to Aditya Singh Bhadoria. It has been one week since the speed post was dispatched and I have not received it yet.
