Iam durgesh anand.. Mob no. [protected]... On 10 sept 2016 my mobile phone touch was broken.. I registered the complain with complain no.[protected]... Today i called syska customer care about my complain status and they said that my complain was rejected.. They said they dont give any insurance for the accidental events like phone slipping from hand, slipping from pocket, purse etc etc and they will provide insurance if my phone should be damaged in road accident.. But on the front of the book of the syska package it is clearly written that "jane kab phone gir jaye ya chori ho jaye", jane kab phone gir jaye means phone slipping from hand, pocket or purse... So this is totally fraud company and guys please dont buy its product because this insurance is can't be claimable because if any road accident will be happen with anyone then that person must not be able to registered complain in syska secure within 48 or 24 hrs coz he could be seriously injured and admitted to hospital and even if he is not seriously injured even then that person cant be able to register the complain due to lots of reasons.. So this company is totally fraud... I need my claim as fast as possible otherwise i will do a police complain... Was this information helpful? | |||||
