I took an insurance for my iphone 7 and my glass happened to break.i have uploaded all the documents still the site shows and i receive a message that there is a short fall in the documents required. i call up the customer care. i get transferred to senior executive named jinto and he reassures me i will get a call back. no call backs and no idea of my claim. message says upload documents within 30 days or the claim will be closed. even after uploading documents, to which the customer care person agreed i have got no solution.
