Hello All,

With due request and humble I would like you to request for reopening of claim number [protected] as per below scenario:

1. I uploaded all the requested documents mentioned by your call center team on stipulated time, i.e. 21/09/2015. After uploading the documents I requested your team member to check whether the documents are correct/completed or not.He confirmed after checking all the documents that everything is their apart from NO SIM DISCONNECTION LETTER and you don, t have to upload it as their were no sim card in phone while the incidence took place.He told me that it will take around 45-90 days to clear your claim.

2. I again called customer care to get an update in december as per mentioned time period.The person who received call told me that your case has been closed as you didn'"t uploaded all documents.I requested your team member to explain what actually missing.He/she told me that I will request my concern team to re-open this case as this is not your fault and missed by our side.

3. Again we received call stating that your case is closed because of incomplete document in January 2016.Again I called your call centre number and explain everything in details then they told me that we have open your case and will notify you of the same.After waiting for few weeks again we received call stating their were incidence details missing in POLICE INTIMATION LETTER.Please explain and upload the document as soon as possible.I again went to police deparment and after running several time they provided me the document and I uploaded and also sent through mail and person who received that mail confirmed that it is correct and your claim will be approved.

4. Now in February I received a call stating your issue is closed as you didn't uploaded NO SIM DISCONNECTION LETTER. Then I explained your employee that we dont have sim card in it and this has been conveyed several time.They they told me that we will forward it to concern team.

5. Again few days later we received call stating your claim is closed because of insufficient document.Again I called and explain everything in details and they asked me to drop a mail.I was following up both on email and via call but no progress has been made.Then suddenly we received call and mail stating same line that your claim is closed because of insufficient document.

Please look upon everything above and also do inquiry whether this has been missed by your team or not?

I am a person from middle class family and Rs.20000 means lot to me.Please do something to reopen this claim and advise me what I need to upload

I will be really thankful to you as I have done what I need to be done and your team has missed everything.

Please advise and help me out with this

The above is what I was regularly sending to Syska Team from last 4 months and they only replying that your documents has not been submitted. As their employee confirmed me that I dont need to upload any documents how can I able to know..Please help me in getting this refund asap
