Syska Gadget Secure — Violation of agreement & non payment of amount | |||||
I have purchased a Lava Iris X8 on August 25, 2015 & submitted the handset under accidental damage on October 01, 2015. Of which insurance approval was done on October 20, 2015. Since all required documents are submitted from my end to the concerned department of Syska Gadget Secure. Leehan(Co company of syska) has not made payment to the service centre of LAVA Mobiles as per the below link till yet: http://cms.syskagadgetsecure.com/CustomerTrack.aspx It has been more than a month, my handset has been repaired by the service centre but they are not giving it due to non payment by Syska Gadget Secure/Leehan. As per Syska Gadget Secure's agreement, handset will be repaired & given to customer within 30 days, also, Syska Gadget Secure people are asking me to pay for the handset repairing cost now, if i require the handset now. Since it has been over 30 days & it is violation of agreement from Syska Gadget Secure''s end, i am making this complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||||
