T24 has deducted unnecessarily amount of money 2-3 times from my mobile saying internet charge, monthly subscription, bla bla. I always have internet pack in my number and no subscription is there in my mobile, it never had.
When i try to reach you at the customer care, they say 'Sorry sir we can't help in this matter'. By saying to stop T24 services, they simply agreed and said as you wish sir, you can port the number.
I am a regular customer of T24, an amount of 30 rs. has been unnecessarily deducted on 4th.April, it happens just after an amount of 60 rs deducted some days back.
If they don't take immediate action on my complaint, i'll surely move into some other network in 3 days. Was this information helpful? |
