I purchased an online test series for ssc cgl tier i yesterday after my best friend and my sister suggested and they sent me login credentials to access those. I was eagerly waiting for this to practice more and i was disappointed when i could not access the test series.
After login it is redirecting to a page i have attached as screenshot. I also tried forgot password and got the same password in my mail and tried registering as a new user which the site is not allowing because i am an existing user with a valid time id (Hwss9r027).
I mailed with this ss and the invoice i received to info. Time4education.com and kolkata. Time4education.com but did not get any response. I don't even know how this could get resolved, where to reach to get this resolved.
I spent rs. 590 in this. I want this to be resolved otherwise i should get refund of the money.
