I have paid money on 24.07.2016 for new connection. Till date the connection was not given. I didnt get proper response also from the persons. They are not picking the calls or not answering properly. Really I am irritating, without going office we are waiting in home for your persons. but nobody coming. I do not the what is the problem in giving response. they never pick the calls. I want connection immediately or refund the money immediately. I cannot wait further as I have lost salary for 3 days. I never faced this type of poor response.
