[Resolved] Taingobuy — too much extra amount charged | |||||
I ordered the kitchen appliance which costs $2.95 on Nov 4, 2018, but a total amount of $100 (Rs. 7223.75)was deducted from my credit card, even the OTP was not generated during the transaction. When contacted SBI, I was asked to provide the communication with the merchant. But, as many people complained, any of the links about the merchant's contact is not opening in taingobuy.com. Even the merchant name given in my credit card transaction is "99BILL*JINHUISHENG SHENZHEN CN", but not taingobuy.com. Please send me the contact information of either "taingobuy.com" or "99BILL*JINHUISHENG SHENZHEN CN" if anyone has such information. I want the extra money incurred to be refunded to my SBI credit card. Please reply with the merchant's contact information if anyone knows. Thanks in advance. Was this information helpful? | |||||
