They don't even deserve any star..
Ill definitely not recommend Hub( the cafeteria) anyone to visit..
They lack courtesy, hospitality..
They don't know how to behave with a senior citizen(Taj inner circle member- Mr Utpal Majumdar).
They should not call up and ask people to come and celebrate their bday with them..
In spite of reservation for 6 persons we were given two small tables not properly joined together..
Total mood spoiler..
when we ordered one desert dish they said it will take only fifteen minutes,
however it didn't appear even after one hour, but
when we ask for the bill they immediately gave the bill to us without serving the desert.
No etiquette, no ethics, no courtesy..
When we went to talk to the duty manager he was not in duty..
