I was staying in Room No.117 of Taj Lake Palace Hotel at Udaipur, Rajasthan. I have left one Blackberry Evolve Phone inside the safe of the room. Navneet of the hotel was kind enough to inform me. At the moment when I got the information from Navneet, I was in Chittorgarh which is 120kms away from the hotel. I requested him to send the phone to Chittorgarh for which he told me the charge to Rs.21000.00. I requested him along with Mr.Desai of the hotel to hand the phone over to Jit Mukherjee bar tender of Taj Lake Palace as he resides near to my residence in West Bengal but they told that it was against the protocol of the hotel. The stay at the hotel was great but the hostile behaviour for returning the phone left a bitter memory and I will never get back to the hotel and will also not renew my TIC membership, if I don’t get my mobile phone back without spending a huge ransom.
