Talent Planner Private Limited — not get job and they are not refunding my money

My name is Abhilash Teotia from ghaziabad. I paid 1500rs on 28/03/2018 for registration to talent planner for a job of computer operator at passport Seva Kendra but I don't get any job till now 8/07/2018 and not get any refund. They promise to give me computer operator job and salary around 14k in hand. Now they offer me field sales job and said their is no currently computer job so you have to do it. They write their self reviews on Google to show how genuine but they are fraud.
