I paid my BSNL Landline No. [protected] (Account Number: [protected]) via TalkCharge successfully. Payment DateTime: 21st March 2017 12:47:08. OrderID: TC[protected]. Amount: 553/-, BSNL didn't receive this amount and they billed it again this month. Its been several days now since I sent an email at [protected]@talkcharge.com but no resolution yet.
