TalkCharge — Transaction failed and Cashback not received as per guidelines

No recharge and bill payment from the company since last 4 days. All payments are failing. He asked to take priority pass for that. I have taken it. They have told me that it will take 72 hours to start all these facilities. But it didn't happen, they cheated me. Even I didn't recieve cashback as they promise to give every month.
