[Resolved] Tally Solutions — tally partner gseven | |||||
Dear sir I have purchased an add on from tally partner - gseven. After updating tally release to 6.0.1 the add on is not working. I tried many times on gseven landline number but they never transfer the call to service desk despite waiting so long in the waiting line on call. I tried calling specifically on [protected] & [protected] but they said call on landline or mail us and disconnected call even without hearing ok from client. Is this the way of treating customers on call. We have paid for this add on and still not getting served. Accounts and finance cannot be taken so lightly. Our billing is stopped due to this unresponsiveness on gseven team. Why tally has approved them as their tally partner. If these kind of companies are associated with tally then its better we should switch to busy or any other accounting softwares.
