Talwalkars — FD OF Rs.40000

I am having Fix Deposit of Rs. 40000 for the period of 5 years at Talwarkar Gym, Virar(E), Maharastra, which was matured in last Feb-2014. So I asked to refund me the amount. The Gym manager said me to submit the xerox copy of the FD Receipt with a cancelled cheque and they will take 3 months of time to ECS the amount into my Bank account. So I waited and after 3 months period again they told me due to some problem, it will take another 3 months of time. After 6 months of time still now they are telling me to wait. Please help me and advise me what to do further.
