I am writing this letter with such a big disappointment caused to us from your Gym.
As Talwalkar is a big and name sake Gym and has many branches across the country. So people trust and get membership with the same trust. But it is very shameful and a disappointment to say that the trust has broken.. as I was the member in your gym.
My name is Gulista Shaikh, I took a membership in your gym on 2nd Jan, 2020 with the same trust, unfortunately did only for 2 months and since March, 2020 Covid affected our country and everything was shut, however now things has just became normal for all and I got a call from your gym that it has been reopened, but the condition was so pathetic, they directly said that you need to pay 7000 for 3 months and than u can get extension of 1 month extra which u have lost during Covid, I was so disappointed.
In other gyms everyone is getting a extension without paying anything and here in this big brand name sake Gym they are just fooling people by asking for more money and giving only 1 month extension.
I as a member is ashamed and disappointed to join here, simply regret.
Will ask the head to take a firm decision, so that people could trust and invest money accordingly, and not to fool people with such things.
I need a proper solution for this, else i will go to the higher level and will go on social media as well, it is not the matter of money, but a matter of trust and sentiments of people.
