My wife created an account in Tamil Matrimony for my brother in law. We were contacted by the Tamil Matrimony in the phone. They mentioned there is a special offer. "If you subscribe for 3 months Prime in Tamil Matrimony you will get same type of subscription in Thevar Matrimony."
Date of subscription/Payment date: 12th Aug
The Tamil Matrimony account is subscribed after the payment but Thevar Matrimony account is not subscribed. We called the customer care. They mentioned it will be processed with in 48 hours.
The account is not activated after that 48 hours. We called the support team, they mentioned they created a ticket(#BM[protected] and will be solved with in 18th Aug.
On 18th, we again asked the support team, they mentioned it will be activated with in an hour.
Again today we asked the support team, they said with in 24th Aug, it will be activated. I could not digest this delay. I asked them a email confirmation of my ticket. They neglected sending any emails. They provided only a ticket number(#[protected] alone !!Again!!.
Desirable resolution : They have to activate the Thevar matrimony account without any delays or they have to refund half of my payment for subscription. Was this information helpful? |
