Tamil Matrimony — They got payment . But not activating the scheme

Mailing to you regarding a misguided by a representative of Tamil matrimony. I have been convinced to pay the amount for 3 months Prime gold membership package and been asked to give my matrimony id. I paid on 15th August 2022. They didn't confirm the receipt of my money as well they didn't activate the scheme . My bankers told the payment was successful. I'm not satisfied with the service. I've been asked to share transaction details to this mail [protected]@bharatmatrimony.com . They didn't give any reply and they didn't activate the scheme.
