I have tried to do the online payment for the M.sc.geography examination on 20th april, 2021. Amount was debited from my account, but paid fees details not updated in the portal. Then I went to Tamil Nadu open university on May 4th, 2021. But, they said that amount was not credited into their account. So I did the payment again on may 5th and the payment was successful. Due to examination payment last date on 06.05.2021, I have done the payment immediately. Then I have sent mail to SBI credit card regarding the issue and I received the reply mail from the SBI Credit card that, as per the record the transaction of Rs.1120 has been already confirmed by THE REGISTRAR TAMILNADU WWW.TNOU.AC.IN date on 21/4/2021 and the screenshot of the same e-mail copy is enclosed herewith for your kind perusal.
Kindly I request to solve the issue and repay the amount of Rs.1120 which was paid on april 20th, 2021.
Kindly do the needful.
